There are many ways and places to relax in the extensive grounds: laze on the sun lounger, rock in the hammock, enjoy a cosy chat at the barbecue or a refreshing dip in the pool.
The local surroundings are ideal for walking and rambling with so much beautiful countryside to explore.
Our house is in a game reserve which is an ideal location to catch sight of wild animals and for birdwatching. The beautiful area is also great terrain for mountain biking and motorcycling.
The Monte Sibillini National Park is about 40 kilometres away.
It is only seven kilometres from our house to the coast and the beaches of Pedaso and Marina di Altidona. To the north there is Porto San Giorgio with its charming sandy beach and lots of sports and games facilities. To the south there is the Riviera delle palme, boasting 20 kilometres of palm beach with fine sands and the seaside resorts of Cupra Marittima, Grottamare and San Benedetto del Tronto.
Those craving urban life might like to go to the various little towns, shopping centres, markets, traditional restaurants or to one of the many cultural events and concerts.
We can organise car hire and mountain bike hire for you on request.
